Who I am
This website, sausagedogphoto.co.uk, is run by Bob Foyers, trading as Foyers Photography (The Sausage Dog Photographer), Base Business Park, Unit 5 Allied House, Rendlesham, Woodbridge, Suffolk, IP12 2TZ. For anything relating to your data, contact me on 07884 366342 or bob@foyers.photography.
Booking and enquiry forms
When you book a session or send an enquiry through this site, the details you enter are processed in my studio booking system so I can respond, schedule your session, send your contract and take the session fee. Payment is handled by the payment provider linked from your booking email; I do not see or store your card details. I use your contact details to run your booking and deliver your images, not for marketing lists.
Your photographs
After a session your edited images are placed in a private online gallery for you to view and order from. Images are kept for up to a year after your session. If a gallery has not been viewed or ordered from within 30 days of delivery, the files are deleted.
Marketing use of images
I sometimes use session images on this website, the blog, social media, and for competitions and qualifications. I will always ask your permission first and get a signed release from you. If you would rather your images were not used, that is completely fine and will not affect anything.
Comments
If you leave a comment on the blog, the comment form collects the data you enter plus your IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. Approved comments and their metadata are kept so follow-up comments can be recognised.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies for basic functionality and anonymised analytics that help me understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. See the Cookie Policy for more.
Embedded content
Pages may include embedded content from other websites, for example the booking form, maps or videos. Embedded content behaves as if you had visited the other website, which may collect data about you and use its own cookies.
Who I share data with
Your data is shared only with the services needed to run the business: the studio booking system, the payment provider, the gallery service and the professional lab that produces your orders. I do not sell or pass on your data to anyone else.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where I have no legal or contractual reason to keep it. Contact me using the details above and I will sort it out.
